Grandmother Master's Teaching: Reflect with Dhamma

Whenever anything happens to us, we must always bring Dhamma to mind and consider it carefully.
What is truly happening? How should we respond in accordance with truth?
Do not allow yourself to be carried away by defilements (kilesa), or else you will become a victim of them for no good reason.
Train yourself to continuously reflect within Dhamma.
When events arise, the wisdom cultivated from meditation will guide you toward what is truly right and wholesome.
Each day passes quickly — today becomes night, day turns to week, month, and year in the blink of an eye.
Take a moment to reflect: As time slips by, what are we doing with our lives?
We must constantly evaluate:
Are we living according to our true purpose?
What should we do?
What should we avoid?
Is this action appropriate for who we are and the position we hold?
Keep reflecting.
Do not be deceived by your own ego.
